 Internet is defined as a network of interconnected computers from each other. experts say the Internet is a network connecting the computer with other computers using TCP / IP.
The Internet is a global system of computer networks are interconnected using standard Internet Protocol Suite (TCP / IP) to serve billions of users worldwide. internet network consists of millions of private, public, academic, business, and government networks, of local to global scope that are linked by a broad array code of electronic network technology, wireless and optical. Internet can also be defined as a worldwide interconnection of computers and computer networks that facilitate the sharing or exchange of information among users.
 By using the internet we are not hard to connect one computer to another using a cable or the like.
Playing Internet sometimes has a Positive And Negative Impact Make Us All. Did you know the influence of the Internet, the benefits of the Internet as well as positive and negative impacts of the Internet for its users. Actually, talk about positive and negative, all things there must be any positive and negative impacts, there is a cause - no effect. But it all back to its users, how they use it. For the layman or elderly people who live in the village, assuming the internet is identical to things that smell negative. So assuming they are the parents specifically forbid their children to access the internet.

Actually, the Internet provides such great benefits but on the other hand, the Internet becomes a medium of information that is not easy to limit. various kinds of information in different forms and mixed into a single destination where to access it only needs one finger touch.

Positive Impact of the Internet

Negative Impact of the Internet
1. Cybercrime is a crime committed by a person in the virtual world of the internet means that nature. The forms of cybercrime as follows:

Cracking: Enterprises illegally entering a network with the intent to steal, alter or destroy files stored on the network.

2.lidah buaya (bisa dibeli disupermarket atau coba intip kebun mama,siapa tau ditanam disana :D ).kupas kulitnya,pisahkan,lalu simpan getah dan dagingnya (kalau bisa dibelender lebih oke lagi)
3.handuk kecil,cukup untuk menutup seluruh bagian kepala dan rambut.
4.air hangat.

GINI CARANYA
1.keramas dulu pake shampoo sampe bersih.
2.setelah itu,lakukan creambath dengan campuran getah dan daging lidah buaya,dari kulit kepala sampai ujung rambut.jangan lupa kulit kepala dipijat'' yaa,,,sampai rata deh pokoknya
3.rendam sebentar handuk dalam air hangat,lalu peras secukupnya.
4.ambil handuk,lalu balut ke kepala,tunggu 10-15 menit (sambil nunggu,rendamlah kaki di air hangat yg tersisa,sekalian taburkan garam di dalamnya untuk menghilangkan rasa penat,atau gosok kaki dengan sikat khusus untuk menghilangkan kotoran)
5.setelah 10-15 menit,bilas rambut dengan air hangat yang masih bersih,lalu keramas lagi dengan air biasa.
6.selesai deh,kepala terasa ringan, rambut sehat dan bersih,tanpa keluar uang banyak :))

pekerjaan ini bisa dibilang berat bisa juga dibilang ringan or easy,kalo yg udah berpengalaman dan dia orang yg cinta seni berarti  mudah untuk ngejalanin job yg satu ini.untuk melakukan sebuah pemotretan dibutuhkan suasana,subjek,dan objek yg benar" mendukung agar hasil pemotretannya perfect ;) oh iya selain itu kualitas kamera yg digunakan juga harus high class,jangan yg standar.

Cara Pembuatan Tape Singkong

Pengenalan :

Tape singkong adalah tape yang dibuat dari singkong yang difermentasi. Makanan ini populer di Jawa dan dikenal di seluruh tempat, mulai dari Jawa Barat hingga Jawa Timur. Di Jawa Barat, tapai singkong dikenal sebagai peuyeum (bahasa Sunda).

Pembuatan tapai melibatkan umbi singkong sebagai substrat dan ragi tapai (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) yang dibalurkan pada umbi yang telah dikupas kulitnya. Ada dua teknik pembuatan yang menghasilkan tapai biasa, yang basah dan lunak, dan tapai kering, yang lebih legit dan dapat digantung tanpa mengalami kerusakan.

Tujuan :

1. Untuk mengetahui cara penerapan bioteknologi dengan fermentasi tape.
2. Mengetahui peranan organisme Saccaromyces cereviceae dalam peragian.

Alat :

1. Baskom
2. Kain Lap
3. Kompor
4. Panci Kukus
5. Penyaring
6. Piring
7. Pisau
8. Sendok & Garpu

Bahan :

1. Air secukupnya
2. Daun pisang
3. Ragi yang telah dihaluskan
4. Singkong 2 kg

Cara Kerja :

1. Siapkan semua bahan.
2. Kupas singkong dan kikis bagian kulit arinya hingga kesat.
3. Potong singkong yang telah dikupas sesuai keinginan.
4. Cuci hingga bersih singkong yang telah dipotong.
5. Sementara menunggu singkong kering, masukkan air ke dalam panci samapai kira – kira terisi seperempat lalu panaskan hingga mendidih.
6. Setelah air mendidih masukkan singkong ke dalam panci kukus, lalu kukus hingga singkong ¾ matang, kira – kira ketika ‘daging’ singkong sudah bisa ditusuk dengan garpu.
7. Setelah matang, angkat singkong yang telah ¾ masak lalu taruh di suatu wadah, kemudian didinginkan
8. Sambil mengipas – ngipas, teman satu kelompok kami menyiapkan wadah sebagai tempat untuk mengubah singkong menjadi tape. Wadah itu terdiri dari baskom yang bawahnya dilapisi dengan daun pisang.
9. Setelah singkong benar – benar dingin, masukkan singkong ke dalam wadah lalu taburi dengan ragi yang telah dihaluskan dengan menggunakan saringan
10. Singkong yang telah diberi ragi ini kemudian ditutup kembali dengan daun pisang. Singkong ini harus benar – benar tertutup agar mendapatkan hasil yang maksimal.
11. Setelah singkong ditutupi dengan daun pisang, diamkan selama 1-2 hari hingga sudah terasa lunak dan manis. Saat itulah singkong telah menjadi tape.

Reaksi

Reaksi dalam fermentasi singkong menjadi tape adalah glukosa (C₆H₁₂O₆) yang merupakan gula paling sederhana , melalui fermentasi akan menghasilkan etanol (2C₂H₅OH). Reaksi fermentasi ini dilakukan oleh ragi, dan digunakan pada produksi makanan.

Persamaan Reaksi Kimia:

C₆H₁₂O₆ + 2C₂H₅OH + 2CO₂ + 2 ATP

Penjabarannya:

Gula (glukosa, fruktosa, atau sukrosa) + Alkohol (etanol) + Karbon dioksida + Energi

Kesimpulan:

1. Pembuatan tape termasuk dalam bioteknologi konvensional (tradisional) karena masih menggunakan cara-cara yang  terbatas.
2. Pada proses pembuatan tape, jamur ragi akan memakan glukosa yang ada di dalam singkong sebagai makanan untuk pertumbuhannya, sehingga singkong akan menjadi lunak, jamur tersebut akan merubah glukosa  menjadi alkohol.
3. Dalam pembuatan tape, ragi (Saccharomyces cereviceae) mengeluarkan enzim yang dapat memecah karbohidrat pada singkong menjadi gula yang lebih sederhana. Oleh karena itu, tape terasa manis apabila sudah matang walaupun tanpa diberi gula sebelumnya.
4. Kegagalan dalam pembuatan tape biasanya dikarenakan enzim pada ragi  Saccharomyces cereviceae  tidak pecah apabila terdapat udara yang mengganggu proses pemecahan enzim tersebut.
